Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to write, outline and edit comprehensive technical content to communicate complex, technical information, appropriate for its intended audience.

Content Writer will write various materials including but not limited to social media posts, manuals, blogs, reports, articles, press releases, video scripts and other relevant, as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
• Write clear marketing content to promote our products/services.
• Write SEO-optimized content to promote our products &  services.
• Work together with different departments to curate an audience-specific content calendar
• Produce content marketing campaigns to drive leads.
• Develop different content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers, case studies, thought-leadership articles, landing pages, press releases, video scripts, etc
• Interview practice leads, technical engineers and developers to develop captivating content.
• Create a robust content generation engine with streamlined processes and transparent reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Computer Science/Business Administration

• 3+ years’ experience in a IT/digital environment, B2B technology company or a marketing/advertising agency would be preferred.

• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, with superb ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling messaging.

• Strong editing and proofreading skills.

• Ability to take feedback positively and bring continuous improvement in content quality.

• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems and WordPress.

• Prior experience in content creation and writing, preferably technical documentation: IT managed services, Cloud, Network Security, Big data, and AI, DevSecOps/NetSecOps, and Automation.

• Solid understanding of SEO and advertisement techniques and best practices.
