Reneesha Davidson

Reneesha Davidson is the current Head of Legal at Mobiz. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Legal at iXperience from February 2019 to July 2020, and as a commercial lawyer for startups at Legalese from April 2016 to February 2019.

Davidson has experience providing the Leadership Team with legal and business guidance, contract negotiation and drafting, and risk management. At iXperience, they were responsible for providing an in-person credit-bearing study abroad program across four jurisdictions as well as a live digital course with a remote internship in 6 future-focused industries. At Legalese, Davidson provided a holistic legal service to clients in creative and tech industries, with a focus on drafting original and reviewing third-party commercial agreements across the supply-chain, managing their own client base, and working closely with founders to identify ways to mitigate business risks.

Reneesha Davidson attended the University of the Western Cape for their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and the University of Cape Town for their second Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). Reneesha also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from The University of Winnipeg. Reneesha is certified from the Law Society of South Africa and became a member in May 2016.
