Matt Biggerstaff

Matt Biggerstaff serves as the Director of Customer Success at Mobly since July 2024. Previously, Matt held various positions at Gong from January 2019 to July 2024, including Manager of Commercial Customer Success, where leadership of a seven-member team was emphasized. Achievements at Gong include refining the customer journey and mentoring new team members, alongside being a two-time President's Club attendee in 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Traackr, Sprinklr, Oracle, viagogo, and Blackhawk Network, with responsibilities ranging from managing enterprise accounts to conducting social media analytics. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
