Verity Lloyd

Verity Lloyd has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Verity most recently worked at Mobysoft Ltd as a Data Governance and Reporting Analyst from December 2022. Prior to that, they were with Aareon UK for 16 years, starting as an Application Support Analyst and eventually becoming the ERP Support Team Leader. In these roles, Verity focused on providing analytical and complex service support to customers and streamlining processes within the modules they managed.

Before their time at Aareon UK, Verity worked at Dezrez, where they were the Head of Support, responsible for building up a support department from scratch and providing end-to-end service support for Sales, Lettings, and Property Management software.

Verity also gained experience at Friends Provident as an Administrator to the HR Information System, where they developed and maintained the organizational HR system and conducted data management and reporting tasks.

Furthermore, Verity's early career included a technical support role at Zurich Municipal, where they provided support for the Risk Management function, including data conversion and software installation/testing.

Verity Lloyd earned their Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Information Systems from the University of the West of England from 1998 to 2002. Verity'sfield of study focused on Information Systems and Business. In addition to their degree, they obtained two additional certifications. In November 2020, they achieved the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In July 2018, they completed the Leadership and Team skills program offered by ILM.
