Hirak Mukherjee

Hirak Mukherjee has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Hirak is currently serving as the India Operations Head at Mocapay since 2022. Before that, they worked as a Technology Manager at HCL Technologies from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for technology delivery, client relationship management, stakeholder management, and business development.

Prior to HCL Technologies, Hirak held various roles at NatWest Group from 2005 to 2021. Their notable position was as a Technology Programme Manager, where they successfully managed the delivery of technology projects for Natwest, including Electronic Banking Service enhancements, Strategic Architecture Improvement Program, Corporate Business Restructuring Program, Payments platforms, Portability of current accounts & savings instruments, Anti-money Laundering platform changes, and change management. Hirak also served as a Technology Lead and in project management roles during this time.

Before their tenure at NatWest Group, Hirak worked at Perot Systems Corporation as a Project Lead & Technical Lead from 2002 to 2005. Hirak also worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at Infosys from 2001 to 2002 and as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from 1997 to 2001.

Hirak Mukherjee holds a Bachelors (B.E) degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in PMP & Prince2 Management and a Post Graduate Management Certificate in International Business.
