Andrew Douglas

Andrew Douglas is an experienced Applications & Sales Engineer at Mocean Energy, focusing on the design and delivery of ocean energy converters for renewable energy solutions since May 2023. Previously, as Head of Innovation at Ryno Group from September 2020 to April 2023, Andrew managed product development and market research, achieving recognition for innovative design at the London Construction Awards. Andrew also worked as a Mechanical Designer at Oceaneering from April 2019 to July 2020, alongside roles in subsea controls design at Aker Solutions from September 2013 to April 2019. Andrew holds multiple engineering qualifications, including an HND in Mechanical Engineering and a PDA in Renewable Energy Systems from North East Scotland College.
