Karen Shirinian Daniel

Karen Shirinian Daniel has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning a period of over 17 years. Karen Shirinian began their career as a Placement Specialist for YouthWorks at the Japanese Community Youth Council in 2002. Karen Shirinian then worked as a Receptionist at New Wave Entertainment from 2006 to 2008 before joining Ignition Creative as a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2009, they moved to Public Communications Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator and later transitioned to Trailer Park as a Recruiting Coordinator. In 2011, Karen joined Village Roadshow Entertainment Group as a Human Resources Specialist and concurrently worked at Concord as a Human Resources Generalist. Karen Shirinian then took on the role of Director of Human Resources at Mob Scene in 2016. Karen then joined Wild Card AV in 2017 as a Human Resources & Office Manager before moving to MOCEAN, first as a Human Resources Manager in 2018 and currently serving as the Human Resources Director since May 2019.

Karen Shirinian Daniel has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University, Los Angeles. Karen Shirinian also holds a BA in Urban Studies from San Francisco State University. In addition, they have an AA in Liberal Studies from Los Angeles Valley College. Karen Shirinian obtained their HS Diploma from Herbert Hoover High School.
