Sharon S

Sharon S currently serves as the VP of HR at Mocha Global. Prior to Mocha Global, Sharon served as the US Expansion Head People and Culture Advisor for Too Good To Go from June 2020 to December 2020. In this role, Sharon supported the EU expansion team to bring TGTG to the US. This included setting up regional and state-compliant licensing, handbooks, leave compliance, payroll, benefits, 401K, (NY, Massachusetts, Washington). Sharon also handled the real estate search and contract negations for commercial space in Boston and New York.

Before Too Good To Go, Sharon was with Moda Operandi, Inc from August 2019 to February 2020 as a Sr. Dir. of People Excellence Transformation. In this role, Sharon was responsible for remapping the intranet and transferring communication before launch. Sharon also deconstructed and reformatted the onboarding and orientation experience for new team members. In addition, Sharon oversaw third-party service providers to build and implement software system API integrations for People Team software tools (Greenhouse > Bamboo HR > ADP > LMS). Sharon created and provided training on new People-focused operating system tools and resources for team members and managers.

Sharon S has a degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. Sharon also has a Short Course in Footwear Design & Trending from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Sharon has a Certificate in Hospitality Management from El Dorado College of Hospitality Management. Sharon is also certified as a Change Facilitator: Dynamic Group Facilitation Skills from 91 Untold.
