Teodor D

Teodor D is a Delivery Manager at Mocha Global. Prior to this, they worked as a JIRA System Administrator at Edenred Digital Center from April 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they were with Ubisoft from October 2016 to March 2019 as a Functional Developement Manager for Knowledge Management. In this role, they managed the team of Collaboration Tools Specialists and Business Analysts in the EMEA and APAC regions. Teodor was responsible for configuring projects, workflows, security schemes, issues types, and automation in JIRA, as well as managing the Confluence space. Teodor also owned the hiring process of Business Analysts and Tools Specialists. Furthermore, they trained and supported team members to become autonomous and efficient in their day-to-day duties.

At Ubisoft, Teodor also implemented and spread Agile Methodologies, worked with clients to evaluate their needs and address them, dispatched requests and incidents to team members, offered and implemented Product Management strategies, communicated and helped in the deployment of Office 365 with clients and IT Team, managed in-house created tools, acted as a point of contact between clients the development team, and created KPI metrics for the team to improve on team velocity.

Teodor D's educational career includes studying constructions and public works at Colegiul Anghel Saligny. They also have certification from Electronic Arts in both Agile Scrum Master and Electronic Arts Quality Assurance Engineer Diploma.
