Erin Dowdall

Erin Dowdall has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Erin most recently worked as a Graphic Designer at mock5 design, inc., starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they spent five years at the Chester County Library System as a Graphic Design Specialist, where they were responsible for designing and producing innovative graphics and materials for the library system.

Before their time at the library, Erin worked at Torrid as an Assistant Store Manager for five years. In this role, they analyzed daily goals and challenges to create execution plans, trained new employees, and coached them on sales strategies and techniques. Prior to Torrid, Erin worked at Lane Bryant as a Manager, where they exceeded store sales goals and supported the team in maintaining brand standards.

Erin also has experience in freelance work, specifically as a Pet Sitter from 2008 to 2014. During this time, they provided pet and house sitting services, caring for both cats and dogs. Additionally, they completed home maintenance tasks for their clients.

In terms of their earlier professional experience, Erin served as a Graphic Design Intern at UZoom Media, where they completed various creative projects such as logos, infographics, and advertisements. Erin also completed general intern tasks as needed. Erin also volunteered as a Graphic Designer at the Lansing Art Gallery, collaborating with the Executive Director to create promotional materials. Prior to that, Erin worked as a Freelance Designer for Unlimited Prospects, LLC, where they completed periodic design projects and provided advice on marketing strategies.

Erin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Humanities/Humanistic Studies, and also received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine and Studio Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design.
