Martin Gillan

Martin Gillan is an experienced Product Development Engineer with a background in laboratory work and research. Currently employed at MOCOM Compounds since January 2018, Martin has held various roles including Product Development Assistant and Laboratory Technician. Prior to this, Martin contributed as a Laboratory Associate at Milliken Chemical, utilizing innovative chemistry methods to address customer issues related to polyurethane foams and colorants. Martin also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Furman University, focusing on silver ion and DNA interactions while using advanced laboratory instrumentation. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Furman University in 2017, with research presentations at the American Chemical Society's Southeast Regional Meeting and Furman Engaged.
