Colleen Duncan, MA ATR LPC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mental health and wellness management. Currently serving as the Manager of Government Programs, Pharmacy and Behavioral Health Services at Moda Health since May 2018, Colleen oversees the achievement of performance goals and strategic planning for member and provider programs. Previous roles include management positions at FamilyCare Health, where Colleen implemented behavioral health integration strategies, and Catholic Community Services, focusing on crisis intervention and support for families. With a Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Marylhurst University, alongside a Bachelor's in Psychology and Communication from UNISA, Colleen combines therapeutic expertise with leadership skills across various health settings.
