Katie Kiernan Marble serves as the Chief Operating Officer at modCounsel since October 2022, previously holding multiple leadership roles within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Assistant General Counsel of Global Employment Law at Pantheon Platform and Director of Global Employment Law at Nuance Communications. Katie's legal career began at Littler Mendelson, where innovative contributions earned recognition, followed by founding Marble Employment Law. Katie's expertise spans various aspects of employment law, including client advisement, legal strategy, and personnel management, complemented by a solid academic foundation, holding a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
