Arturo Bussolo

Arturo Bussolo has held various roles in the recruitment field since 2014. Arturo began their career as an IT Recruiter at Innova Business Consulting, followed by a role as an IT Recruiter at Atos in 2015. In 2016, they joined Softtek Argentina as a Talent Attraction and was responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment processes, headhunting, and weekly meetings with the PM of the accounts. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Recruiter Specialist at INPUT HR Solutions and an Analyst - IT Recruiter at GlobalLogic Latinoamerica. In 2019, they were a Global Recruiter at HeyTalent. In 2021, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Encora Inc. and currently holds the role of Technical Recruiter at Mode Mobile, where they partner with the company's leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives around technology talent recruitment.

Arturo Bussolo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino.
