Prakash Ramachandran

Prakash Ramachandran possesses extensive experience in financial leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Mode Mobile since January 2024, Prakash has held similar positions at Crownpeak Technology, Digital Reasoning, Polyera Corporation, Nordic Windpower Ltd., Novariant Inc., and Sonex Group. Notable achievements include raising significant financing, such as $24.5 million in Series C funding for Polyera Corporation and securing $38 million in a funding round for Nordic Windpower Ltd. Prakash played a key role in Novariant Inc.'s growth, contributing to a revenue increase of over 1000% and raising more than $40 million in venture equity and debt.
