Tami Brennan

Tami Brennan serves as General Counsel at MODEC International, Inc. since November 2010, overseeing the corporate legal function and managing the Compliance and Contracts groups, while focusing on reviewing and negotiating corporate contracts across various domains including IT, Finance, and HR. Previously, Tami held positions such as Senior Director of Legal at Lummus Technology and Commercial Manager at Kiewit Energy Company, where responsibilities included leading negotiations for EPC and construction-only contracts and managing contract staff. Tami's earlier experience includes roles at BHP Billiton Petroleum as EPCM Services Category Manager, ABB Lummus Global as Corporate Legal Counsel, and Bechtel Corporation in International Contracts/Claims. Tami Brennan holds an LL.M in International Economic Law from the University of Houston Law Center and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
