Regita Audry Yuningtias

Regita Audry Yuningtias is a Talent Development Specialist currently working at MODENA since November 2020. Regita is actively involved in creating and developing various learning programs and platforms, managing training budgets, and facilitating department learning needs. Regita has also worked on projects related to talent management, company culture, and leadership capability. Prior to MODENA, Regita has experience in developing learning modules for MOOCs and online assessment tools for employee certification programs. Regita also has experience in administration tasks during their internship at the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia. Regita graduated from State University of Jakarta with a degree in Educational Management.
