Hannah Schoettmer

Hannah Schoettmer's work experience includes a role as a Lead Front Desk Representative at Modern Acupuncture since July 2021. Their responsibilities involve providing an exceptional experience for patients, managing administrative tasks such as financial reports and patient records, and handling marketing duties.

Prior to this, Hannah worked at the Helen Ross McNabb Center from March 2018 to November 2020 as a HealthLink Care Coordinator. In this role, they focused on advocating for clients, facilitating medical services linkage, and communicating with program coordinators and medical professionals. Hannah served as the primary point of contact for clients' care, utilizing problem-solving and interpersonal communication to promote their overall well-being and productivity.

Hannah Schoettmer pursued their higher education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2013 to 2017. Hannah obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology during this time. Subsequently, starting in 2021 and ending in 2023, Hannah enrolled in the Master's of Science program at Austin Peay State University. Their field of study in the Master's program was Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
