Rachael Mindich

Rachael Mindich has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Rachael began their career as an Executive Assistant at Phoenix Media/Communications Group in 1992 and worked there until 1993. From 1994 to 1996, they served as a Human Resources Representative at the same company. Rachael then took on the role of Director of Client Services/Tele-Publishing, Inc. from 1996 to 2005, followed by Director of Client Services/g8wave Mobile from 2005 to 2012. Rachael was then promoted to Director of Administration from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, Rachael joined MIDIOR Consulting as the Director of Operations. Most recently, they are serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at Modern Administration Systems from 2023.

Rachael Mindich pursued their undergraduate education at Brandeis University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Organizational Psychology.
