Otilia Canter

Otilia Canter has a strong background in business development and account management in the PEO industry. Otilia'swork experience began in 2005 when they joined Modern Business Associates (MBA) as a Sales Coordinator and later moved up to the role of Business Manager and Director of Business Development. During their time at MBA, they were involved in sales and marketing projects, including recruiting and training sales staff and making strategic decisions for the company. In 2019, Otilia joined Siracusa Staffing & Leasing, LLC as an Account Manager, where they gained a thorough understanding of PEO operations from an operational, management, and sales perspective. In 2020, they returned to MBA as the Director of Business Development and held that position until 2023. Currently, Otilia is the Owner of Lumina Business Solutions, LLC.

Otilia Canter attended the National University of Moldova from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Physics. Otilia also studied at the Universitatea de Stat din Moldova during the same period and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics. Additionally, they attended the Academy of Science of Moldova from 1990 to 1992, focusing on Physics.
