Jim Roy, CLCS has extensive experience in customer success and account management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at Modern Campus since April 2024, Jim previously held roles such as Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at Mindtickle and Director of Customer Success at Aureus Analytics. Prior to these positions, Jim was with Zywave, where responsibilities included consulting agencies in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Jim's career began at Artizan Internet Services, followed by Applied Systems, culminating in top-performing sales achievements. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and has also contributed to community programs through volunteer efforts with UConn Athletics.
