Toni Rose Deanon

Toni Rose Deanon is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in community engagement and instructional coaching. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Community Engagement at Modern Classrooms Project since August 2019, Toni Rose collaborates on webinars, hosts podcasts to amplify underrepresented teacher voices, manages a large private Facebook group for educators, and organizes events at BIPOC-owned venues. Previous roles include instructional coaching at The Overlake School, English teaching at DCI - District of Columbia International School, and various teaching positions at charter schools, including 6th grade ELA and adult ESL computer skills. Toni Rose holds a Master's in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Georgia and a Master's in Reading Education from Georgia State University.
