Monica Reed

Monica Reed has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources and Operations fields. Monica began their career in 2014 as the Bookkeeping and Payroll at Ivar's Salmon House. In 2018, they moved to Sifted.co as the Community Operations Manager. In 2019, they joined Unearth Technologies, Inc. as a Senior People Operations Specialist, then as a Human Resources Associate, and finally as an Executive Assistant. Currently, they are a Human Resources Generalist at Modern Electron.

Monica Reed completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Health from the University of Washington in 2015. Monica is currently working towards a Certificate in Human Resources Essentials from the University of Washington, which is expected to be completed in 2021.
