Anjana Jayalekshmi

Anjana Jayalekshmi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Oracle since May 2017. Anjana has held various roles at Oracle, including Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to Oracle, Anjana worked at Tata Elxsi Ltd for a decade, focusing on employee relations for the Broadcast Business Unit in Trivandrum and supporting over 300 employees as Associate Manager. Earlier career experiences include HR executive roles at Focal3 Software Pvt. Ltd and Vismayas Max Animation Academy. Anjana holds an MBA in HR from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and a BA in English from the University of Kerala. Educational background also includes a Pre-degree in Science from the University of Kerala and AISSE from St. Mary's Residential Central School.
