Amanda Levin

Amanda Levin has extensive work experience in the education field. Amanda currently holds the position of Assistant Head of School, University & Careers Counseling at Modern English School Cairo. Prior to this, they worked as a College and Career Advisor at Amanda Levin: Creative Educational Solutions and as a College Application & Admissions Consultant at AF Education Limited. Amanda has also served as a Government & Economics Instructor, Department Chair, and Class Advisor at Leadership High School, and as a Lead Educator at AltSchool SOMA. Amanda has a background in teaching various social studies subjects, including World History, Government, and Economics, at Berkeley Unified School District, Albany Unified School District, and Washoe County School District. Amanda has also worked at NTK Academic Group in Hong Kong, where they taught humanities subjects and provided test preparation and college essay writing assistance. Following this, they pursued a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Studies Teacher Education from San Francisco State University in 1996. In 2003, Amanda completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Geography from the University of Nevada, Reno.
