Jen Cotton

Jen Cotton has worked as a UX designer for some of the biggest tech companies in the world, including Google, Amazon, and Twitter. Jen is currently the Head of Design and Research at Modern Health, a digital health company that provides tools to support mental health and wellbeing.

Jen has always been passionate about using their design skills to improve people's lives. This led their to work on projects like the Alexa Design System team at Amazon, which helped to launch the Alexa Presentation Language and Alexa Smart Screen SDK. At Twitter, they co-led the Diversity in UX initiative, which doubled the number of women in design in 18 months and established outreach programs in the Bay Area.

Jen's experience and commitment to making a difference through design has made their a leader in the field. Jen is constantly exploring new ways to use design to improve people's lives and is always looking for ways to make their work more impactful.

Jen Cotton has a MFA in Design + Technology from Parsons School of Design - The New School, a Certificate in Graphic Design from Corcoran College of Art and Design, and a BA in International Affairs, Creative Writing from The George Washington University.
