Connor Gorman

Connor Gorman has held various roles in the field of RCP sourcing and quality management. Connor started their career at UPM - The Biofore Company in 2014, where they served as an RCP Quality Technical Apprentice. In this role, they were responsible for obtaining and interpreting data on inbound recycled paper material quality and communicating this information to the Production team, Sourcing Managers, and suppliers. Connor also worked with suppliers to optimize their quality of outputs and developed long-term Quality Action Plans.

After completing their apprenticeship, Connor progressed to the position of RCP Quality & Operations Specialist. In this role, they continued to monitor material quality and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure they were aware of the quality of materials being sourced or supplied. Connor also provided training to inbound warehouse staff on quality systems and collaborated with various teams and colleagues throughout the organization.

In 2021, Connor joined Modern Karton as a Trainee RCP Sourcing Manager. Though the specific details of their responsibilities in this role are unknown, it can be inferred that they are gaining further experience in the field of RCP sourcing and management.
