Gracia El-Ayle

Gracia El-Ayle, PhD, is a Senior Organic Chemist and Team Manager at Modern Meadow since September 2018, having previously held positions as Organic Chemist II and Organic Chemist. At Georgetown University from September 2011 to December 2017, Gracia served as a Graduate Research Assistant, focusing on multi-step organic syntheses of supramolecular compounds and also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Organic Chemistry, mentoring over 50 students. In October 2013, Gracia was awarded an International Research Fellowship at CEA/CNRS, collaborating with physical chemists on hyperpolarized 129Xe NMR research. Prior experience includes an Undergraduate Research Assistant role at the American University of Beirut, where Gracia conducted extractions and chromatographic separations of medicinal molecules. Gracia holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a Minor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
