Poonam Srivastava

Poonam Srivastava's work experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at Modern Meadow since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Scientist II at Cargill from 2016 to 2017. From 2014 to 2015, Poonam served as a Senior Research Biologist at Coskata, where they led efforts in genome engineering and gene integration. Poonam also worked as a Research Professional at the University of Chicago from 2011 to 2014, where they focused on protein engineering and the formation of artificial metalloenzymes. Poonam's earlier experience includes a position as a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Minnesota from 2006 to 2011, where they worked on biosynthetic pathways and gene regulatory models.

Poonam Srivastava pursued their PhD in Biotechnology from the School of Biotechnology at JNU, New Delhi, from 2001 to 2006.
