Vlera Vala

Vlera Vala currently serves as a Patient Ambassador and Patient Connection Specialist at Atrium Health since April 2023. With experience in guest relations at Modern Salon & Spa from March 2018, responsibilities include maintaining client relations and managing schedules for stylists and clients. Vlera also worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at Carolinas Center For Oral & Facial Surgery from January 2022 to February 2023 and previously held a position as a Store Associate at Forever 21 from January 2016 to March 2018, where duties included customer service and cashier responsibilities. Vlera holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (2018-2021) and an Associate of Arts from Central Piedmont Community College (2015-2018).
