Jim Henning

Jim Henning has extensive experience in the defense industry, serving as the Airborne ISR Functional Manager at Headquarters Air Force from 2017 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for policy, oversight, and guidance of the RC-135 portfolio, briefing and advising Senior Leaders across various organizations. Jim then moved on to work as the Lead Technical Advisor at KBR, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, before joining Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) in 2023 as the Senior Principal ISR Portfolio Manager.

Jim Henning holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication from the Community College of the Air Force (2000-2005). Jim then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (2009-2015). Later, they obtained a Master of Science in Military Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University (2016-2017). In 1998-1999, they studied Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Penn State University.
