Michael Hethcock

Michael Hethcock, ACC has an extensive work experience starting from 2002 until 2022. Michael held various roles in organizations such as the United States Air Force, Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, and Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. Their roles ranged from Assistant Officer in Charge to Deputy Division Chief to Principal Program Manager, showcasing their progression and expertise in program management and leadership.

Michael Hethcock, ACC, holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Seattle Pacific University (1997-2001) and a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (2008-2009). Michael also obtained a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College (2014-2015). Additionally, they completed various certifications, including the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in February 2022.
