Layne Hansen

Layne Hansen is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and sales management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Team Lead at Modern Treasury since August 2021, Layne is focused on building a newly established Account Executive team. Prior to this role, Layne held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Plenty, overseeing recruitment for various teams including Finance and IT, and earlier roles included Account Manager and Recruiter at Plenty. Layne began a professional journey in recruitment and sales with positions at Betts Recruiting, managing full recruitment processes and achieving significant placements, and at White Lodging Services, successfully executing sales strategies in the hotel industry. Layne's career commenced with a sales internship at Aerotek. Layne holds a degree in Marketing with a Professional Selling Certificate from Northern Illinois University.
