Hemant Patel

Hemant Patel serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Moderna since May 2021, overseeing global functions such as compensation, benefits, equity administration, global mobility, recognition, and payroll. Prior to this role, Hemant held various positions at Willis Towers Watson from October 2013 to May 2021, including Managing Director in the Talent & Rewards business, where responsibilities included executive compensation and total rewards strategy. Hemant also led the Rewards Line of Business for Metro New York, advising approximately 15 Nasdaq-listed life sciences companies on talent and compensation matters. Earlier in the career at Towers Watson from September 2003 to September 2013, Hemant progressed through roles from Analyst to Senior Consultant. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management with French from Alliance Manchester Business School and studied at IÉSEG School of Management.
