Joseph Yannessa

Joseph Yannessa is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Moderna since January 2023, Joseph has previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Full Stack Engineer at CommercialTribe from June 2019 to December 2021, and founded Sonder Games from December 2016 to March 2019. Joseph's background also includes service as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps from June 2012 to February 2017, work as a Web/App Developer at Powercard, and programming for East Carolina University's Second-Life project while studying for a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, which was obtained in 2012. Education was completed at White Oak High School, graduating in 2008.
