Shawn Lipstein

Shawn Lipstein is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product strategy, user experience, and design leadership across prominent technology organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director of Product Strategy & UX at Moderna, Shawn leads innovative healthcare and biotech solutions. Prior roles include Head of User Experience & Strategy at Amazon Web Services, overseeing B2B SaaS UX for AWS infrastructure, and Director of Design at GoDaddy, where team growth and design strategy were priorities. Shawn's career also includes significant contributions at Caradigm, Amazon, and Microsoft, building design teams and delivering user-centered products. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Carleton University.
