Thomas Steele

Thomas Steele is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in process chemistry and drug discovery, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Moderna since February 2015. Previously, Thomas held positions at GSK and Merck, where significant contributions were made to infectious disease programs, neuroscience projects, and the development of novel drug compounds. Thomas possesses expertise in designing and synthesizing complex compounds, executing multi-step synthesis scale-ups, and collaborating on rational drug design strategies. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Ursinus College, obtained in 1992.
