Vania Trejo

Vania Trejo is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Moderna since September 2024. Previously, Vania worked as Associate Director, People and Culture at Chroma Medicine and held various HR roles at Regeneron, including HR Business Partner and Senior Learning & Organizational Development Specialist. Vania’s career began with positions in sales and research, including a Sales Representative role at United Healthcare and Research Assistant positions at the Zilber School of Public Health and the Psychology Department at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Vania holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
