Hardik Dave

Hardik Dave is an accomplished leader in data science and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Data Science and Engineering at Moderna since April 2022. In this role, Hardik oversees the development of AI/ML products and infrastructure while enhancing forecasting and inventory optimization. Prior to Moderna, Hardik held various leadership positions at Schlumberger from December 2014 to April 2022, including Enterprise Architecture Manager and Digital Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities encompassed advanced business solutions and digital engineering for a diverse portfolio. Experience at Deloitte, Honeywell, and ABB further solidified Hardik's expertise in business transformation, enterprise software implementation, and project management. Hardik earned an MBA from the University of Houston and pursued multiple executive education programs at Harvard Business School, including specialization in Leadership and Management.
