Kristen Bibeau

Kristen Bibeau, PhD, MSPH, is a seasoned expert in epidemiology and health outcomes with extensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Lead of Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment Strategy at Moderna since April 2024, Kristen is responsible for overseeing the development, validation, and selection of Clinical Outcome Assessments for oncology and rare disease trials. Before Moderna, Kristen held significant roles at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Incyte, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Quintiles, GlaxoSmithKline, and the Food and Drug Administration, focusing on global epidemiology, real-world evidence, and health outcomes research. Kristen earned a PhD in Epidemiology and an MSPH in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a BS in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
