Greg Gevorkyan

Greg Gevorkyan is a seasoned entrepreneur and software engineer with extensive experience in the fintech and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Modernbanc since October 2020, Greg has developed innovative accounting software that integrates features of both accounting and spreadsheets, securing backing from notable investors such as YCombinator and Global Founders Capital. Previously, Greg worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland from October 2016 to January 2020 as a Software Engineer, where significant contributions were made to building banking MVPs and securing funding for product launches. Earlier experience includes roles at Telemetricor, a startup focused on AI for CCTV security, and co-founding Eventer, a student-led social network for events. Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton and completed coursework in Engineering and Computer Science at Bellerbys College.
