Jessica Hawthorne is a seasoned finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate investments and private equity. Currently serving as Principal and CFO at Modernize since January 2023, Jessica also owns Keel Group, established in January 2021. Previous positions include Head of West Region Acquisitions at Prescott Group and VP of Real Estate at Vibe Office Properties, where significant expertise in property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing was developed. Additionally, Jessica contributed to the non-profit sector as a Board Member at Create Now, focusing on aiding at-risk youth through creative arts.
