Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both health and business management. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has been the Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university professor at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
