C. Steve Langer

C. Steve Langer was named Vice President, Global Information Technology in January 2018. In this capacity, he leads all global functions for information technology (IT) including responsibility for global IT security and digital capabilities. Mr. Langer ensures ongoing alignment between Modine business strategies and objectives and global IT strategies and objectives.

Prior to joining Modine, Mr. Langer worked for over 15 years with SC Johnson & Son in various different global information technology leadership roles of progressing responsibility. Before, SC Johnson & Son, Mr. Langer held various global information technology and engineering roles at leading organizations including Donnelly/Magna International, the Kellogg Company, IBM, & Rockwell International – Rocketdyne.

Mr. Langer holds a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master of science degree in Mechanical Engineering both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is presently a board member for HALO Inc. (The Homeless Assistance Leadership Organization) & RAMAC (Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce).
