Chris Schils

Chris Schils has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Modine Manufacturing Company since June 1995. Management responsibilities expanded in April 2020 to include oversight of the quality department, leading to successful LRQA audits and the management of quality functions in Joplin until January 2023. Previous roles included Senior Quality Engineer, where Chris handled PPAP preparation and compliance with TS16949 standards, and Launch Coordinator, overseeing new product builds and APQP deliverables. Chris started a career in engineering as an intern at Kohler Co. in 1994. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
