Jay Burleson

Jay Burleson, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in HR leadership. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Modine Manufacturing Company since March 2023, Jay oversees HR functions for more than 1,100 employees across two plant locations. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Anel Corporation, where responsibility encompassed HR and EHS departments for over 175 employees, and Human Resources Manager at Monroe Regional Hospital, managing HR tasks for 400+ staff. Jay's extensive consulting experience began in 2011 with I AM HR HELP, delivering a wide array of HR services. Jay's educational background includes a BA in Political Science from Millsaps College and a MA in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University.
