Kinga Nera

Kinga Nera has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various managerial positions in different companies. Kinga'smost recent role is as the Human Resources Director at Modine Manufacturing Company since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the HR and HSE Manager at the same company from November 2021 to June 2023. Before joining Modine Manufacturing Company, Kinga worked as an HR Leader at Bosch Magyarország from May 2019 to June 2021. Kinga also worked at Bosch Rexroth Australia from November 2017 to April 2019 as an HR and Marketing Manager and from September 2012 to April 2019 as an HR Manager. Kinga began their career at Bosch Rexroth as an HR Manager from January 2008 to September 2012, and prior to that, they served as an HR Business Partner from January 2005 to December 2007. Kinga started their professional journey at GE as a Strategic Account Sales representative from May 2001 to June 2002. Kinga also has experience as an Executive Assistant at Bunge from January 2000 to May 2001.

Kinga Nera attended Budapest Business School, University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2002, where they studied in the Faculty of Foreign Trade. Before that, from 1994 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Education degree in English Language and Literature, General at Eötvös Loránd University. In addition, they studied Spanish Language and Literature at Corvinus University of Budapest from 1996 to 1998. Lastly, in 1993, they briefly studied Communication and Media Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London.
