Jose Jozik

Jose Jozik is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resource Partnerships at Luminar Technologies since February 2022, Jose oversees HR functions in an automotive technology environment. Prior to this, Jose held the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Magic Memories from July 2018 to February 2022, leading HR efforts for North America. Jose’s earlier experience includes serving as Director of HR at Electronic Arts from 2007 to 2018, and as Sr. Director of Human Resource Operations at Day & Zimmermann between 2002 and 2007. Jose began the HR career as a Sr. Human Resource Generalist at EXE Technologies from 2000 to 2002. Jose earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Princeton University.
