Richard Vulcan Jr

Richard Vulcan Jr is an accomplished technical support specialist with extensive experience in hardware and software support. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist III at Permanent General Insurance Co. since February 2017, responsibilities include maintaining hardware and software across multiple locations and training end users. Additionally, Richard has been a Technical Implementation Specialist for Harley Davidson through MODIS since January 2015, where implementations of Windows Server 2008 and configurations of workstations and printers are conducted. Prior experience includes self-employment as a Computer Repair Technician from 1995 to 2015, a Network Administrator role at Rochling Glastic, and an IT Consultant position at QQuest Corporation, managing IT services for Ford Motor Company.
