Tania Morado

Tania Morado is currently an Engagement Manager at Modis. Tania was previously with The Adecco Group and Modis. Tania has also been a Commercial Surety Underwriter with Surety One, Inc.

Tania was selected as the Modis W4Y (Win4Youth) Ambassador out of 80+ applicants company - wide. Tania represented Modis North America at Oceanlava Triathlon. Tania has also competed in a Olympic distance triathlon. Tania has coordinated and led virtual events that promoted team wellness and created digital content to educate team members on fitness and mental health.

As an Engagement Manager, Tania served as the sole Engagement Manager for Cisco account. Tania was the main point of contact for all active contractors on assignment. Tania managed day to day operations by overseeing full contractor experience from onboarding to offboarding. Tania was also responsible for account business processes, quarterly renewals, and contract negotiations. Tania maintained account's Net Promoter Score (NPS) at above 80% client satisfaction. In addition, they developed retention strategy within a client relationship and grew company footprint by developing relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

Tania Morado reports to Melissa Hotchkiss, Head of Delivery. They are on a team with Elle Rodriguez - Engagement Manager, Lisa Lozano - Engagement Manager, and Sukanya Chidambara - Delivery Director.
